"My apologies for taking so long to respond to you with comments RE: Organizer Pro for Notaries. I have been really busy lately, averaging between 90 and 100 assignments per month. I still spend lots of time in front of the computer inputting data for all the projects, but the time has been reduced significantly since I purchased your product.

Last year, I completed 789 individual signings and I recorded all the information on a Spreadsheet. As you can imagine it becomes quite cumbersome after a very short time trying to scroll up and down each row, looking for names of borrowers so I could record payment amounts and date payment was received, etc. With your product this is so much simpler. Just input the name of the borrower, and you have everything you need
at your fingertips. The savings in time alone makes it worth the purchase price.

I have discovered there are so many different ways one can sort for particular information, by names of vendors, date of appointment, etc. It is an invaluable tool for anybody who is working in this business. The insight that has been put into the product before releasing it to the public was great, you have thought of every possible scenario.
