Testing your knowledge of Signing Service & Closing Company Requirements

This test is based on the information found in "Basic Signing Service & Closing Company requirements". We are not only concerned about your knowledge of Loan Documents and how to present them to the borrowers, but on how to work with companies who provide business to you. We want you to be able to sustain a good working relationship with these clients and to have a very profitable and service minded company with your part time or full time Mobile Notary Signing Business. This test is also an open book test.

You are tested in this section about information contained in the "How to Build a Mobile Notary Signing Business. Any business has unique requirements and equipment needed for a particular job function. Our purpose here is to see if you understand the organizational tools and equipment for this job. This test is also an open book test.

HOW TO TAKE THE CERTIFICATION TESTS

The testing to be classified as a "Certified Notary Signing Agent" is now available. The cost for this testing is $35.00 and is ONLY AVAILABLE to our EXECUTIVE MEMBERS. Go to the Notary Center and select "Certified Notary Signing Agent" test. Complete this form and submit to us for processing. We will forward by email or fax your TEST material with answer sheets.

After you have completed the tests for each section, please fax or mail the answer sheets ONLY to notary-services.com for checking. You can retake the test if you have any problems passing the 90% correct requirement to be called a "Certified Notary Signing Agent".

We do let companies on our "Signing & Closing Company List" know our testing covers Notary Public and Notary Signing procedures, Signing or Closing Company Requirements and Mobile Notary Business questions. So, if you are a "Certified Notary Signing Agent" you will be qualified higher than most mobile notaries or signing agents working in the Mobile Notary Loan Document Signing Business.
