  1. Notary's general background, training and knowledge are discussed.

  2. Notary Public - knowledge and abilities of the individual notary.

  3. There are two separate and distinct jobs when doing loan document signing work.
    • The notarization of documents within the document set-notary work.
    • Helping the borrowers to understand and sign their loan documents.

  4. People get involved with this service job thinking of only the money that can be made with it. Though the most rewarding part is the people you come in contact with and help with this very important loan signing process. The signing of documents for a home is probably one of the most important things anyone does in their life time.
